「Staff friendly as always , lovely hotel in a lively town . The walk along the prom is always enjoyable - nice scenery and plenty of fresh air. Always look forward to our 4 - 5 weeks at the Cliff each year 」

「Stayed in the Queens Suite. Nice large room overlooking water. Very clean although a little dated.」

「The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.」
