「One of our best stays during our France trip! Very helpful and kind staff. A relaxing place to really enjoy! Pros: the place itself, staff, beautiful rooms and garden, pool, breakfast. Cons: a little of a walk to the city center.. but not bad overall. 10/10 stay (also went with our 8 month old daughter)」

「Excrllent service and location. Cannot find any better Hotel in Aix-en provence like this.」

「after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. 」

「Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. Actually I’d have liked something in the lobby area like book exchange/ coffee making facility/coffee & snacks machine or even free coffee available to make it a communal place to chill out in. 」

「Breakfast was lovely! Location was perfect. A little loud at night but minimal. Parking garage close by.. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「This was a very quaint hotel, more like an inn or b & b. One HUGE drawback was the access to the rooms. There is no elevator and the stairs are windy and very steep. We could not get our luggage upstairs and had to leave them in the small lounge/dining area. We are technically "seniors" but very active. Anyone would have difficulty with these stairs. If you don't have big suitcases or mind stairs, we would recommend.」
