「I booked this hotel last minute while driving from Aveiro and sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late. Unfortunately, our rental car got a flat tire, and we were stranded for hours, finally arriving around 4:00 a.m. I also called the hotel using the tow truck driver’s phone, but no one answered. 「For a 4 star hotel it’s quite run down and old. We stayed 3 days. The amenities are nice. We had an ant problem in our room which was gross, they came and cleaned it up and sprayed a bunch of chemicals. Wouldn’t stay here again!」
