「Love staying at the Hyatt Regency. Everyone is so friendly. So many activities for the kids, the water slide was such a hit! Love the separate adult pool as an option. The property is beautiful and the staff was so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
