Staff was great! I have been coming for years and the hotel is becoming a bit rundown. While there the bidet kept leaking and we blew the outlet by the sink. Big pop and black smoke. Carpet in general needs to be replaced. Has a musky smell. Otherwise, great location and again, great staff.

It's Thailand, you must know your way around but, if you do, your are always amazed at what you find. Take your time and enjoy your stay, not NYC or LA.
