"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Big comfortable hotel. Everything was good, nothing special except the wonderful beach views it offers. The location is something of a hike from downtown. Do be aware if you book a balcony and want fresh air in your room. People use their balconies to smoke, so you may end up with a room smelling of smoke."
