"The hotel was very cute. They had cookies and coffee in the morning that were homemade great touch. We had dinner at the Viking restaurant next-door. It was great. Don’t order the liver."

"For an older motel, from an earlier time, the Beaver Motel was in good shape, very clean, with good towels and bed linens. The room was small but functional. I missed amenities like an elevator to carry my luggage upstairs, but the hotel clerk took my suitcase up for me, and a guest took it down in the morning. But I understood that motels of that era didn't have elevators and it was not a surprise. I was happy with my stay there."
