「Room didn’t look like the pictures and the air conditioning made horrifically loud noises in the middle of the night that kept us awake. Also, very unsecured building clearly as my wife was accosted with someone demanding entry to the unit, even blocking the door from closing. Wrecked our trip entirely. Management attempted to help but in the end, deflected. Fair enough, offered to move us but two days later and exhausted, made no sense. Won’t go back 」

「Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve...

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「The apartment was clean and somewhat small but efficient in space and storage. Victoria || has two bathrooms with sinks and showers but only one toilet for the apartment near the front door. It ended up working fine for our family of four. Full kitchen, though no microwave. The noise from the street, cars, garbage trucks, evening revelers goes on all night and morning. So not the most restful since it was just up one flight. But very secure. And never heard neighbors once. Cleaning service was...
