「La verdad hemos quedado encantados con el hotel y el servicio extraordinario que nos dieron Patricia, Daniel y Francisco! Hicieron hasta lo imposible por atendernos y hacer mucho mas de lo necesario para hacernos sentir en casa. El hotel espectacular! El edificio de piedra está como nuevo, muy bien restaurado porque es de 1815. Está muy bien ubicado. Nos recomendaron un excelente restaurant muy cerca y a menos de 10 minutos en auto está la catedral de Santiago de Compostela. Lo recomendamos...

「Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar.」

「Servicio excelente, desayuno muy bueno para la categoría del establecimiento pero nuestra habitación era vieja, no bajaba bien la persiana y el baño aunque limpio era de los 80 y no se merece esa distribución o esa cortina. La terraza es muy bonita y permite disfrutar del entorno y la playa está a dos metros con aparcamiento y buenos servicios」

「The place is at edge of town. Kinda dated design. Had booked it to relax in pool after long day of walking, however the pool was full of young children! Nothing against children, just not what I expected. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.」

「The Montenegro hotel is very close to all the best bits of Santiago. Shopping, eating, historic buildings and of course the cathedral. The rooms are quite small, but modern and functional. No A/C which might be a problem in summer. WiFi was good and receptionist was very helpful. Shame that reception is only open for part of the day!」

「The Oca hotel was ideally located for us as we had completed the El Camino two days prior and wanted to be a bit away from the busy part of Santiago but still with easy access to the train station and good restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was the best we have had in two weeks of traveling.」
