"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. "I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for a day and had no issues. Room was spacious and good location. We actually parked in a pay to park garage next to the hotel and didn’t have a local credit card to pay. The staff helped us pay for it with their card and didn’t accept cash when we offered. They were friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable."
