「Even before our family of 4 arrived every interaction with the staff was professional and helpful. They coordinated a late night pick up from the airport to get us to the resort. 「Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.」

「I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! 「Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. 「Es ist ein super schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt. Einzige Minuspunkt. Ist das etwas abgelegen? Ist man wirklich auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen brauch oder sich ein Taxi holen muss. Und das Frühstück ist auch nicht so krass.
