「We left the train station in Lucca, put in the address of La Luna and had a wonderful short walk, less than a mile into the town of Lucca and to the Hotel La Luna. We were greeted by hotel staff who quickly got us into our rooms, two couples-two rooms. The rooms were nice and would be considered average. 「We reserved a room that was on the second floor (in other words, the 3rd floor). We were hoping for a ground floor, but we were advised that was not available. However, we were moved to anothe location, with minimum stairs. We were very grateful!」
