"Beautiful views but rooms need some renovation as you can see the age of some of the rooms. "

"This is a nice hotel. The upper deck pool was very. Ice and we enjoyed swimming in it. The room was cool and quiet. The shower pressure was good and temperature was easily controlled. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Regular breakfast was. Dry good with lots of variety. On the last day, we had to leave 30 minutes before normal breakfast started. They gave us bread slices and jam. They offered coffee but we don’t drink coffee. This was a relatively expensive hotel for the Philippines- I would have expected something better. Other hotels in this country have had much better quick breakfasts. There were scratches on the furniture. It looked worn out. I would have expected something better better."

"We had the most amazing stay here honestly, it was even better than I expected. We stayed in the Cocoon and everything about it was perfect. The room itself was outstanding, so unique and comfortable, with the most unreal view to wake up to every day. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Check in was so easy and welcoming, and they even let us check in early because our room was already ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. It was also great that you don’t have to pay anything until checkout, which made everything feel really relaxed and hassle free. The shuttle service was fantastic and super convenient they organised our airport transport for us and picked us up right outside our room. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast each morning was delicious as well. Overall, such a beautiful experience and I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting El Nido!"

"Clean hotel in excellent location. Pool was super nice and breakfast was excellent. The gym and spa were top notch as well. My only complaint was the constant outside noise from the property behind the hotel, but with the AC running it crowded most of it out."

"Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast every day was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The omelet station was a highlight, along with fresh fruit selections, a variety of hot dishes, and fluffy pancakes made fresh upon request. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. What really made this stay special was the staff. Every single team member — from the front desk and restaurant staff to security and transportation personnel — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were great as well, including a full bar, gym, and a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing after island tours. Overall, Charlie’s El Nido is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido! "

"Really enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was huge. The AC worked great and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is only a few mins walking to nearby stores. It was about a ten min walk to the meeting point for the boat tour.Overall a great experience!!"

"Amazing pool and hotel, but bathroom was average and smelt of mould, which is a shame as it’s an amazing hotel otherwise. Food is average/reasonable."
