"Second time here and likely won’t return again. We got checked into our room for our 4 day stay and while unpacking our luggage my son found a bottle of pills in the dresser. (Looked to be a cocktail of meds) took them to front desk and informed them and was told we would get free parking. Yeah great, it’s a good thing my son is smart enough to not touch things like pill bottles or this could have been catastrophic. Next morning housekeeping arrived at our room at 9:15am to perform their service ( we were just waking up) this is when I informed them that the beds and floors have ants crawling around everywhere. They switched over the bedding and the floor ants continued to march along. The waterpark was great, we did enjoy that part. We made the best of our stay but for the price and the lack of cleanliness it is definitely not going to be on the radar for us again. I highly suggest checking the room over at check in to make sure there are no hidden surprises for your children to find. "

"This is a bit of a hidden gem and my ratings are reflective of the price point. Location is great. Awesome lake views and area to walk around and enjoy at the rear od the property. Super convenient location basically right on the QEW in the heart of the Bench vineyards. Big pool which was great for having fun with the kid, and updated enough. Bathroom still needed a refresh but for the price point was definitely serviceable. Overall a high recommendation if you can get a good price."
