"Loved this hotel, room size was ok-comfortable bed-lots of amenities provided at lobby- good size bathroom- love the design of the hotel in general. Indoor/outdoor Onsen were gorgeous and spacious… loved it. They also have a sem-traditional dance performance every night- we watched it, very talented, but probably a little more for kids. Absolutely recommend this hotel! "

"Super friendly and helpful staff! The included food was good. Nice social vibe to meet others. Be prepared for a rather noisy stay from the trolley and traffic. In the Annex, the walls are thin between rooms. The bathroom door needs oil to eliminate the annoying squeek. Cold toliets. Over priced for what was offered. "
