I really enjoyed the welcoming front office staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and unfortunately they were out of nonsmoking rooms so we had to book a smoking room We wish there were more nonsmoking rooms available. But everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

It was a pleasant surprise arriving at Miss Morgan hotel, being treated kindly by staff and the room was lovely. I liked all the details and thought put into designing the room, the bathroom was so nice with the extra amenities and the bed and its linen was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I appreciate the little bonuses of coffee selection and bath salts on my room's floor, and also the breakfast pastries in the morning. I hope I can stay here again!

Clean, spacious, free bar, helpful staff and the pickup and dropping off at the station. The information about the pick up was not clear in their email and we hsppenef to go to the information center near the station and the kind lady their called the hotel for us. The private mineral bath felt like s hot tub.

Super clean room. Breakfast buffet offers many different dishes that change everyday. Soaking in the large Onsen bath help recover from long walks and stress from traveling.

Great view of Mt.Fuji.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Love the daily breakfast

Amazing Hotel! Simply perfect! The best hotel we stayed in Japan! Highly recommend it ! Staff, our room, amenities and dinning options were perfect!

This Toyoko Inn is my go to place to stay in Chigasaki.

Fantastic selection at buffet breakfast . Wonderful Onsen

The hotel was luxury at its finest. The staff was very helpful always always nice. We felt comfortable and never felt like the staff was judging us or trying to make things difficult. Our room was shaking with our own private onsen. That was amazing and a well deserved break in between our Tokyo vacation to just relax.

Very good for a couple night stay

Clean room, friendly staff, located close to the Hon Atsugi station.

We had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji and the city as hotel is well elevated above the city. Very peaceful. Did not do breakfast, but dinner was an excellent experience for the price. Staff was courteous and friendly. Free parking, free morning coffee on 5th floor. Short Drive to Lake Ashi and sites.

Nice staff, room smells like mold. Had to request to change room twice, nice hot springs. Breakfast is ok.

Great location
