"If you think the hotel has shuttle pick up, you are wrong. That’s what I thought at first after reading some if some of the review. However, if you know your way and know how to tak mono rail in Japan. This is perfect for you. It’s one stop away from T3. And you don’t have to wait for shuttle either on arrival or departure. Room is clean, and staff is helpful at self check in "
"We arrived pretty early before check-in and the staff were able to help and hold our luggage while we explored the area to pass some time. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient! "
"Everything about the hotel was perfect. I have visited Japan 11 times and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Not only is it spotlessly clean and well appointed, but the staff are all, without exception, friendly and welcoming. But what sets the hotel apart is that every conceivable outlet is within a 5 minute walk. 2 FamilyMart stores, 2 McDonald’s, Mo’s Burger, KFC and a dozen or more Japanese restaurants. And the railway station is a mere 50 metres from the hotel entrance. This will be my go-to hotel in greater Tokyo whenever I visit."
