One of our favourites!
Keep returning to this little gem. So friendly and accommodating. Our little dog is always welcome. Even a superb GLUTEN FREE breakfast provided with prior request. Free onsite parking too, and just off the motorway.

My friend and I drove from London to Anatolia and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in throughout the entire trip! (And the lowest priced as well.) So much care and thought had gone into every detail of this hotel! Beautiful. The welcome we received was warm, friendly and informative, and the breakfast delicious and abundant. Can’t recommend the Lux Spa Zen enough! Fantastic! Nis itself is a fascinating place for anyone interested in history, and has a very friendly, community feel to it. Would come back for sure!

Amazing, central location to Nis

Everything you need is here. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, SPA area with sauna. Hotel value for money. Perfect stay - hope to be there again :)

Het is een geweldige mooi hotel zeer schone kamers niks op aan te merken, ontbijt zelf naar keuze in te vullen ( dit is zeer milieu bewust na genoeg geen overtollig weg doen van eten) Personeel zeer aardig en behulpzaam. De Spa was voortreffelijk goede water temperatuur en mooi schoon. Voor ons is dit meer dan 5 sterren of een hele dikke 10.

Da vi ankom var det en fantastik god modtagelse af personalet som var meget venligt. Det var dog også det eneste der var godt ved opholdet, vi bestilte to øl hvor den ene var meget varme, vi tænkte det går nok og bedte om nogle isterninger som der så desværre var beskidte med noget i som vi ikke ved hvad var, vi valgte dog ikke at drikke øllen. Da vi så fik kigget nærmer på værelset kunne vi konstater at der heller ej her var særligt rent. Vi blev forstyrret fra kl 02:00 til kl 04:00 om natten af folke der snakket højt og spillet musik derfor valgt vi at tjekke ud og forsætte vores rejse.

Super trevligt ställe, rent och fint inne på rummen, receptionisterna hur trevliga och bemötande som helst, väldigt hjälpsamma, rekommenderar detta hotell verkligen! Ligger ungeför 10 min från centrum med taxi, super för en weekendresa, vi var jätte nöjda!

Juste parfait! Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, le personnel est tellement souriant et serviable, je conseille absolument cet établissement, chambre très spacieuse et propre, pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons sélectionné la veille dans la liste donné ce que nous voulions, la table était prête quand nous sommes arrivés dans la salle, tout était en quantité largement suffisante, mais le personnel était là pour servir à nouveau au besoin, bref n'hésitez pas! Merci à l'équipe 🙏

Återvänder gärna hit
Fantastiskt fint och fräscht hotell. Låg ca 15 min promenadväg från centrum. Superfin spa avdelning som man fick boka kostnadsfritt för privat bruk. Enbart frukost på hotellet ,men man kunde beställa dit enklare rätter på kvällen om man önskade Superbra service

Good to relax but very bad location
A modern hotel out of the city. Our room was modern and clean but small and dark. The window only opened to a narrow hallway. To go to the city you need a car or have to go by taxi (ca. 2€, 7 Minutes waiting + 7 minuets ride). The service was very attentive. The reception was friendly and helpful they even offered to pay the first taxi ride if we didn’t have local money. The breakfast was good and the service was very nice as well.

Lovely hotel with class
The hotel had very high class of cleaness and service. We were really taken care of in a friendly and relaxed way. The room had lots of space and all you need. We also enjoyed the pool area on the roof. Unfortunately the city of Nis was a disappointment for us and that it’s a lifestyle to smoke inside in Serbia. Not much to do in Nis and the few tourist attractions were not taken care of.

Ett fantastiskt hotell
Ett helt fantastiskt hotell!!! Otroligt trevligt bemötande av alla anställda vi mötte, inte så stort rum men helt tillräckligt för 3 nätter med en härlig altan till rummet. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska att äta dock lite tråkigt att det låg i källarplan. Hotellet ligger en bit från centrum men i härligt lugnt område och en taxi till centrum kostade endast ca 25 svenska kronor. Kommer jag till Nis igen så bor jag absolut på Zen.

酒店发展需要依托周边发展
酒店早餐超级棒 但是它没有晚餐供应。周围是新建公寓和别墅也没有餐厅。最近的大超市有1.4公里房间整洁干净，门口有停车位。泳池在顶楼周边可以看风景。工作人员体贴细心。

Great service at Zen
Maybe not the best position/location if you are visiting/staying at city of Nis but if you are passing by this is great place. We stayed only over a night but in those couple of hours we could see that the personal/service is amazing, they are so helpfull and they would do everything to make you feel like home++++++ Clean, spacious room with cosy beds, fast check-in/check out. Didnt have time to test breakfast and pool on the roof but surely rekomend this place to everyone.
