「This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.」

「What I think should probably be done is the curtains that are facing the street and the 3rd floor for example they should be washed periodically as you could tell how dirty they are from the fifth from the outside. The shower heads should get changed as it to much water that gets out (wasting water). Work on the doors to actually shut by the pool, and back entrance as you have a lot of a/c escaping that can be causing electrical bill to be slightly higher.」
