El Guayacán is one of the most beautiful places to stay in the land of lakes and volcanos. It’s clean, quiet, and beautiful view at La Laguna Apoyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mario cooked a delicious breakfast. The parking is safe.

El staff fue espectacular, son de lo más amable. El lugar es muy acogedor, tiene una vista espectacular. Desayunar con esa vista es de lo más relajante. Hay avistamiento de animales en las mañanas. Los baños son muy amplios y los cuartos muy acogedores.

This property is excellent, we stayed at 2 others while in Nicaragua and this was our favorite. The staff is nice, the facility is clean and well kept and the view here is absolutely stunning! We will be staying there again when we visit Nicaragua again!

Superbe vue et belle chambre. Très bruyant la nuit. Bruits dans la cuisine et les chambres sont directement à côté de la cuisine. Aboiements de chien et klaxons à partir de 4am. Bon Petit déjeuner. Il manque des ingrédients dans le repas décrits ( légumes et fruits). Le personnel est gentil, aidant et attentionné.

One of my favorite stays while I visited Nicaragua. It is not only because of the amazing views or the beautiful rooms, but the staff. They are warm and friendly, building connections and community. All staff members were great, but Keiling, Alejandro, and Omar went out of their way for me.

Stayed for a week and had the most incredible time. This hotel has the most insaine view of the lagoon and lagoon access is only 5 minute drive away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! 10/10 we will be back.

Relaxing getaway

This place is just wondeful! We really liked the calm surrounding. The view is just spectacular. The room and the property were very clean. Just one thing I would have appreciated is more choices in vegan food.

WE GOT ROBBED AT THIS PROPERTY BY THEIR STAFF. We had three rooms, the staff was helpful with unloading the bags and placing them in each of the room. Every room was missing money, credit cards and items. Love the location, the view and the property but I DO NOT recommend you stay there unless you’re attached to your belongings. Property loss power during our stay for about 3 hrs. they didn’t even have candles to provide temporary fix. The best thing about the property is the view. But , the experience was tainted with the missing cash and cards.

Muy bonito el lugar, se duerme tranquilo, el cuarto limpio, el aire funciona super bien, y una vista muy buena. Talvez le daria como punto de mejora mayor variedad de comida en el restaurante y acceso de snacks sin salir del lugar

From the property to the staff, everything far exceeded expectations. The house itself is so well maintained and beautiful, not to mention the iconic views. But what I loved most is your in a neighborhood so you really get to immerse yourself in the beautiful culture. Now into the AMAZING staff. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to every single person we came in contact with. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and frankly, like family. This is a private property. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They arrange transportation whenever needed. Monkeys are always visible. The food was delicious. Easy access to the lagoon for a day of swimming and eating.

Amazing view!!!

The hotel has an amazing view on the Lagoon! A bit pricey but worth. Breakfast is decent. To go to the lagoon you can take a 50C taxi down.
