"The room was fine the bathroom was very small. The staff were friendly. The breakfast should have been better. The thing that I liked the least though was that there was no elevator I do not recall reading that on the website or I likely would not have booked there. I have mobility issues and we had to walk up 34 steep stairs to get to our room every time we wanted to go out and back in you could also not arrive at the front of the hotel in a car so we had to park on the main road and bring our luggage in. We did have help bringing the luggage from the car to the hotel. It should be stated on the website no lift if it is there I missed it."

"Excellent location, close proximity to attractions (10 to 25 minutes by car), friendly and helpful staff. We booked 3 rooms - one toilet was clogged, one has no water heater and one door needed battery change (maintenance guy came to replace batteries without us reporting). "

"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "
