Although it’s a business hotel I stayed there with a friend while on vacation. we felt comfortable, safe and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast is a must. Fresh fruit juices, specialized omelettes, delicious coffee, waffles, pancakes and soooo much more. The drinks at the bar were good and their lunch/dinner food was also delicious. They also have a workout room and a very nice back patio with a very...

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Our cabana was absolutely huge with a top floor lounge and balcony with views of the lake. Don’t just want to go back, want to move there!!! Will be a regular stop any time we are in Nicaragua. Wonderful stay ! This is my go to hotel for my trips to Managua! You truly to disconnect and rest here! I love it ! The service is always 6 stars!

Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining.

We always stay here when we come to Nicaragua

I enjoyed staying . Such a convenience that is right across from the airport.

Great hotel, stunning views over Laguna de Apoyo. The hotel provides shuttle service to the Lagoon and into Granada at 9 and 1, with pick ups at 1 or 4. They can also arrange drop offs and pick up at other times for a small charge. Its perfect for people who want a 5 star hotel away from the noise and busy city. Conviently located to Laguna de Apoyo and you get a discount when you go to the Beach Club, and if you go early enough, you'll have the Lagoon to yourselves. Ricardo and Gordon are...

Overall good stay

This place is one of the most beautiful places that we have visit, the staff is beautiful the hacienda is beautiful the food is amazing the views are what your eyes mind heart and body needs to relax; Don Juan Carlos is an exceptional person ; we are planning to enjoy this place again ; and take my family as well . love this place love the people love the food. Thank you love you all :)

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.

Amazing stay will definitely come back felt safe

muy buena limpieza y la atención es muy amable y asisten en cualquier tema

Love the 24 hour taxi and food service. Five minutes from airport. Beds are comfy. No hand towel. Could hear talking from room next door. Will continue to stay here, pros out weigh the cons.

La propiedad estaba muy bien cuidada ,muchas áreas verdes, cuartos muy amplios

Stayed for 4 days in October. All hotel staff was very helpful arranging taxis and places to go. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Great pool to cool off. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely colonial feel and can't beat the location. Had a great time.

I love how it is located on the parking lot of a Mall. It was so convenient to go have dinner and the next morning we went back to the mall for breakfast and shopping. My only suggestion is that the breakfast at the Hotel be cheaper or be included. $8 per person for breakfast, for a $100 dollar a night hotel seems to expensive to me.

Everything I need was there, super politely people

I have never experienced a more accommodating staff. Very friendly, understanding and when they say they will take care of yours needs or procure transportation or a delivery they do.

We loved our stay here. There's only 4 rooms total so it feels like a private sanctuary most of the time. Convenient location, peaceful, with beautiful historic and cultural touches. Excellent service and cleanliness too. We'll definitely be back just to stay here.
