Booked a room same day because our flight to Managua was delayed. We were able to book and check in late at night with absolutely no issues. Everything was great, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was soo good. cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff here were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and hot water was sufficient. The restaurant staff was attentive and breakfast was excellent. The pool and bar area was a nice place to relax at the end of a long travel day.

We like it was close to airport. We like the breakfast! We love the pool! Clean, new facilities. Beautiful modern design. We didn’t like that we could not get picked up at airport because it was outside of transportation hours. Taxi was $10 USD

I had a very disappointing stay combined with very rude customer service. Prior to my stay I confirmed the airport pick up and was advised that a representative from the hotel would be waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. That did not happen. Since the airport does not have wifi I couldn’t contact the hotel. I found a nice cab driver who was willing to call on my behalf and was told they would be there in 15 mins. Over an hour later the transfer arrived. It also picked up other people who had been waiting for 2.5 hours. They said they kept calling and continued to be informed of a 15 min wait. It is very disappointing that the hotel would continue to lie when they knew they would not follow through. When I finally arrived at the hotel, I did not receive any apology or explanation. The staff were dismissive and only shrugged their shoulders. I was woken up at 1:30 am by people partying in the halls which echos due to the tile. I called front desk to ask if they could tell the people to go inside their room. The front desk responded (without even checking) that there was no one outside partying and did not take any action. Very disappointing!

I was looking forward to this hotel it looked very pretty online. It was very annoying that there was a giant party being held in the pool area. I was looking forward to going for a swim but wasn’t able to. I feel that they could have warned us before hand, I could have go somewhere else. The WiFi did not work at all because it as in a “weak area” I was in room 103 right next to the lobby. Strange. Around 11pm I woke up to my legs and arms in red bumpy itchy rash. I had to rush to the hospital. No concern or help from the front desk I had to get a taxi on my dime no help or offer of help. I had to get injections to calm the rash and itching. When I got out of the hospital I called and told them I needed a new room. No rooms available. I asked for new sheets. They said they can accommodate that, I told them when I will be arriving. Excepting to arriving with fresh sheets I was expecting far too much, 15 mins later a man finally arrived with only pillow covered I showed them my injection site My rash and told them I need all new sheets They said they don’t have the keys to get into the laundry room. I asked for my money back so I can go somewhere else No response. They just stood there. They ended up giving me 2 blankets one to lay down and one to cover myself with. Oh…. And they took back the pillowcases. Terrible. Don’t stay here.
