「Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly. Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes. 「It was beautiful journey which I stayed beside Nile. Everything was perfect. The staffs were lovely, Mr Maksa Rios is a very helpful man, and Mis Walaa keep smiling to make me feel comfortable. The location was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast and other food was delicious. Highly recommend Jolie Ville. Excellent value than what I paid 」

「お部屋はスーツケースを開けても十分なくらい広く、ナイル川も見れて良かったです。ただ、設備が古いのでシャワーブースの水が溜まる、暖房がつかない、Wifiが弱いなどあります。禁煙のリクエストを入れてましたが、ないのか喫煙部屋でした。お部屋自体に臭いはついてないのですが、他の部屋からの煙がかなり入ってくるので、近隣の部屋の喫煙状況によって、かなり苦しいです。あと、ロビーから吹き抜けが続いているのですが、音がかなり響いて、人の話し声が夜中でも響いてきます。 朝食は朝食会場で食べてないので評価できないのですが、ブレックファーストボックスはかなりボリューミーです。 道を渡った所の通りにはレストランが沢山あるので、食事には困らないかと思います。 クリーニングは近隣の口コミの良さそうなお店よりお安いので、ホテルでお願いした方が良いかと思います。 レセプションのスタッフの方には本当に親切にしていただきました。West Bankのプライベートツアーを依頼していましたが、お迎えが来なかった時に色々な所に電話して下さいました。本当にありがとうございました。」

「Al Moudira Hotel was the absolute highlight of my trip. I originally booked two nights and ended up staying six, which really says everything. The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the entire property feels like an oasis. The food was excellent, and breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh products sourced directly from their own farm on the property. Al Moudira was a stark contrast to every other place I stayed in...

「The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.」
