Great stay but payment system needs attention!

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Excellent service! Convenient regular shuttle to and from the airport. We had an early flight and couldn't make breakfast so the hotel kindly offered to making us a breakfast parcel which was very very good!
