「Het personeel van Hotel Heiderhoff in Obersteinbach zijn allemaal even vriendelijk. De kamer was prima, ruim en alles aanwezig.Lekker ontbijt. Hotel ziet er van binnen gemütlich aus😁 Wij waren er 1 nacht. Omgeving ook prachtig, het ligt heel rustig gelegen. Google maps geeft het niet helemaal goed aan dus even zoeken. Beste op adres zoeken. Kortom prima verblijf. 」

The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Grundsätzlich war das Hotel erstklassig, Frühstück, Abendessen waren sehr gut! Leider hatten wir, auch aufgrund der späten Buchung, nur noch ein Eco-Zimmer bekommen. Dieses fällt leider vom erstklassigen Standard ab, ohne Klimaanlage, mussten wir die Fenster immer geöffnet halten, so dass es durchweg lauter war. Ein Queen-Size Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas klein, aber in Ordnung. Aber die Hotel-Anlage und sonst alles drumherum waren wirklich sehr ansprechend. Wenn man früh genug bucht,...

「Kein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Heizung musste ich anstellen. Kleine Handtücher. Kalter Fliesenboden. Geräuschvolles Bett.」

「Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, der Mülleimer war nicht geleert, die Flure nicht sauber, kein deutschsprachiges Personal. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, des weiteren wird auch keine Rückmeldung vom Hotel gegeben, nachdem wir die Probleme angesprochen haben..」

「In unserem großzügigen Premium Zimmer zur Rheinseite gab es einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und jeden Tag eine Flasche Mineralwasser. Die Klimaanlage war leise und lief ohne die eingesteckte Zimmerkarte. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und kompetent, die Auswahl beim Frühstück gut. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut und ist zu empfehlen. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz und auch die Fahrräder sind gut untergebracht.」

「You have to walk down to another hotel to check in. Sitting outside to wait for my partner to get the key, I did not feel this was the best of areas. There was a funky/musty smell that was quite off-putting in the entrance hall but the bedroom area was good. The nearest restaurant is a kilometre away. 「We loved our experience at the castle. The room was massive with a private bathroom and exploring the castle/grounds was very nice. I found the breakfast a little expensive, but the cafe on site was great. We really enjoyed the lady working the cafe, she was so kind and helpful.」
