Easy parking, kaufland and lidl nearby, comfort bed. Minus: no staff after 8pm, make sure you checkin before 8pm. I will sure choose this hotel again for my future trips.

Fantastic night stay

Easy to find using Google maps.. Nice location Just a short drive to the centre and great location for walking or rambling.. Friendly check in.. and the hotel was more than adequate for our over night stay.. Parking to the rear with another parking location just over the road.. Able to unload cases etc near the entrance and then park the car... so no issues.. Very pleased with the condition and facilities in the room we were allocated.. Comfortable bed..hot running shower and TV..desk and chair.. En suite bathroom.. which is always a must for me personally.. Opted for breakfast and it was more than great value for money.. Continental offering .. plenty available and very fresh.. Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone considering staying here..

It was a good stay for a good price. The room was very clean and big. Nice bathroom. The only thing I wasnt so happy about, I booked a room with a baby and apparently I had to separately message them for a baby bed. Now the baby had to sleep in our bed. Overall happy with this hotel!

Simple, no-frills *** hotel, but all the essentials are perfect. Great coffee machine with very fair prices, 24h vending machine with snacks and beverages. Good, no-frills breakfast, which is free for children. Overall, good price, especially for families. The hotel is located at the edge of the forest, very quiet and somewhat remote. Perfect base for hiking tours or exploring the Koblenz area, but don't expect decent restaurants, bars or cultural stuff of any sort in walking distance.

Great for the price

All in all a good experience, and great for the price. We had 3 nights at the hotel, without breakfast. Rooms were fine for the price, a bit worn but everything in fine working order, and the bed was good. The hotel has fine parking conditions, easy check in and check out. Room was cleaned every day, and towels changed. The hotel is placed in a pretty cozy area, with many walking paths nearby. Its possible to walk to bendorf city center, but it takes a bit. Hotel is placed 40min drive from Nürburgring. Generally happy with our stay, and we will be comming back

Not friendly to disabled people

The hotel itself was nice and clean and apparantly renovated from before (I had the same room before) suite 208 But the staff was very short and unfriendly. On expedia it says: Assistance dogs welcome but when you arrive at the hotel they say its a dog so not allowed. After saying I would make a call to expedia the tone changed. Its time for this hotel to change either their policy or update staff.

For a one night stay it was perfectly fine and good value. The room was clean, beds decent and bathroom was nice. There was some paper left on the floor of the bathroom and one of the bed side lights had no bulb in it. The room was big and clean but very basic, no phone, just one desk chair, a huge empty space which felt slightly strange, no pen or paper, no tea/coffee.making facilities, literally just a room a bed and a tv a wardrobe and one light. For our purposes it was fine, clean, quiet area, free parking but for more than just a night or two its very basic and not particularly cosy, but it is good value ultimately.

Good but need some more work

Friendly guy at reception, but i was shocked to see that he left the pc open when he was out for longer time and you could read hotel guest names, info, ... Also the hotel has no working wifi/4g during the whole stay, see added photo. Whirlpool not really made for 2 people, very small. My boyfriend needed to fix the whirlpool too while the receptionist was there.
