「Great location and clean very basic hotel No aircon and it was 36 degree day!!」

「Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.」

「When I opened the door to my room, I immediately felt warm and cozy. The wood floors nicely swept, my comfy bed, light filtering in the window. The bathroom was amazing with a giant shower, plenty of space to put things, and very clean. The breakfast area was so inviting. The food was terrific and it was the perfect way to begin my day. I LOVED the coffee maker because it had all kinds of choices and was ready so fast. I loved my stay at Hotel Klemm. The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance,...
