「Gebucht haben wir weil wir ein wunderschönes Villenzimmer haben wollten, Größe L. Bekommen haben wir ein „runtergekommenes“ Zimmer, welches nicht ansatzweise so aussah wie auf den Bildern. Der Toilettensitz hatte gelbliche Flecken, das Bad war nicht wirklich geputzt und der Föhn ließ sich nicht im gleichen Raum bedienen, da der Strom nicht funktionierte. Darüber hinaus gab es nicht einmal eine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher. Generell wirkte das Mobiliar abgewohnt. Das Bett war aber sehr...

「Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.」
