Clean and quiet hotel with professional staff and two excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely parkland setting enjoyed by our dog.

We spent two nights at the hotel and the overall feeling is good.
Comfy beds, good view from the room balcony and a decent breakfast buffet in the morning.
Location is a bit off from the city but there is a bus available.
Nice outside bar area
It was nice and cozy, a little on the warmer side with no air conditioning but we left doors open all night for the breeze.

Location and surroundings are stunning. Hotel clean and buffet breakfast was fantastic. Building and rooms/decor are showing their age . Peeling paint, worn carpets and half the hotel has been closed off/abandoned meaning no spa facilities.

80ties Flair
That is a Hotel for someone who loves the flair of the 70&80ies. And the view ist just beautiful.
The balcony invites to stay up late in the summer evenings. Have some glas of wine from the Bar. And just enjoy.
Location was amazing but the rooms need updating, and air-conditioning plus wifi was not working.

There was a party on the 1st floor. Music loud enough for us to hear it on the 9th. Whilst they turned it down after mightnight only caught sleep at 2 when it ended. Staff at reception shrugged when calling in. On the bright side it was cheap and breakfast was good.
This hotel is rather worn-out, evidenced by the many stains in the carpets and the old-fashioned and rather depressing interiors. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really bad, as it lacked true freshness and a sense of care.

Pro: Friendly and welcoming personnel, especially in the breakfast restaurant, broad but basic breakfast selection, nice view from the balcony and good parking.
Con: outdated hotel equipment, dirty floor in the room including silverfish running around, dirty windows, renovation work (hammering and drilling) before 8 am on a Saturday is a no go
This hotel is like a trip to the twilight zone.
Roll the dice and you might get a room which has furniture from the 1960's, dirty carpets and stinks of week old vomit (floor 7) with black hairs in the linen. The balcony had old cigarette butts clogging the drain and the cracks in the concrete tell the tale of how old and neglected the tower building is.
We went to the reception to complain and were offered a new room on 12th floor, a totally different experience as if we had relocated to a different hotel.
This room had new hard floors so at least no stinking carpets and the bathroom was recently renovated. Big flat screen TV and decent furniture and the balcony had these wooden tiles to cover the old concrete.
We never went to the breakfast area even though we had booked with breakfast included, the initial shock froom floor 7 had us fleeing this hotel as fast as possible.
Room hygiene was very very poor, there were already purple shampoo marks from the previous user at the corner of the bath tub, hairs remained on the bathroom wall tiles. Bed sheets and pillows had so much dust. Carpet looked very old and worn and dirty, didn’t feel confident taking our shoes off. Windows clearly haven’t been wiped for some time, balcony ceiling was poorly and damped and peeling off and light wasn’t working. Large insects out in balcony so be aware and we did catch one inside of one of the bedroom floor. I had 2 kids so this was worrying.
Definitely will not visit again, rooms urgently need deep cleaning!!!

Older building, small but comfortable rooms. Elevators tend to be slow. Good Breakfast but noisy restaurant.
Parking excessively expensive for the location.
