"We had a beautiful room on 12th floor with fantastic view of the rolling hills. The breakfast room had free coffee, hot water and some breakfast. "

"As is the case with most hotels in Europe, the air conditioning does not operate at this time of year; they fail to take into account—at the very least—those tourists who are accustomed to using it regardless of the season. The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room."

The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. "Room was very nice .. just lacked AC like all hotels in Switzerland so was hot even with a small fan and tiny window open. The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was reasonable (15 chf per night) in a lot nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "
