Occidental Tamarindo - All Inclusive

"The resort was very clean and organized. The front desk was very helpful. The bartenders were nice but the drinks were very weak definitely ask for double shots in your drinks. The buffet had plenty of options but best to get there early. The pool and beach areas were great but the beach isn't really for swimming. I recommend bringing sunscreen and bug repellent with you the prices were $40. Bring plenty of small bills for tipping and purchases outside the resort. Noone takes torn bills. The resort is is about a mile from town so not a bad walk. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it."

"The staff were the stand out of this hotel for sure Breakfast was ok something for everyone’s taste The lunch and evening meal option were terrific though we had the butter chicken in the Asian restaurant which to me wasn’t a curry not quite sure what it was.. Rooms very big and comfortable"
