「They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing.」

「There was only coffee in the room, no cream, no sugar. You had to take your own trash out to the trash downstairs every single day or they would charge you an additional $20 a day. The food was horrible. Continental breakfast is not bagels. The donuts were locked up in a refrigerator with a combination lock.」

「Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!」

「When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

「It was not to clean with the sofa, dishes and bowl. Front desk service kept watching movie on her cell phone. It did not pay attention with customer. 」

「The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.」

「Internet connection was non-existent. Carpet in my room was damp. Could not charge incidentals to my room. Everything looked and felt second hand and worn out. The staff however are exceptional, professional, welcoming and very helpful.」
