「We did not partake of the breakfast...we are not breakfast eaters. Not sure how rooms are cleaned. Spill marks on bed base, shower floor could use a brush and bleach. Looked like mold at top of shower on wallpaper. Grout by shower could use the same treatment. 「Dirty towels laying in hallway. Our room was wide open when we got there. NO SOAP- went to front desk and they were out of soap. No toiletries-shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. The only linens were two bath towels-no hand or face cloths-had to ask for them. Coffee maker in room but no cups. Bed linens were minimal-white sheet on top of blanket-no spread. 「This property is at the end of its lifetime that’s for sure. It needs a complete upgrade. Stayed in the exact same hotel in Rochester Hills MI literally the night before. Night and day difference. Bed and pillows were awful, bathroom was dirty, still had q-tips in the trash and hair in the shower. Bathtub didn’t drain properly, so you’re standing in water ankle deep for your whole shower. And PLEASE take the coffee maker out of the bathroom. I’ve heard way too many gross stories to ever...
