Good break in Nice

My wife and I enjoyed a three day break in Nice. This place was very nicely located, next to the old town and barely a two minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our room was quite large and spacious.

What a beautiful suite. Modern finishes in a lovely old building. Location was amazing! So close to the promenade and old town. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. One note, no elevator so if you travel with lots of luggage be prepared to haul it up a few flights of stairs. Totally worth it though and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location,.. close to so much food and entertainment. Nice room with great views,.. the only negative is that it looks out over a fairly noisy town square

Fabulous room in a perfect location in Nice, great for the old town, the sea and transport connections for day trips. Friendly staff and a nice, good value continental breakfast.

Would NOT recommend to anybody! It's hard to call this place a hotel. It looks like it was converted apartment building. It has NO elevator! Our room was 6 flights of stairs up and we had to drug our luggage. Hotel has No lobby. Some type of check in is on the 2nd floor( 2 flights up) and open only 8am-8pm with no one to help at the other time. No telephone in the room to call the front desk about any problems. NO working WIFI. The safe got locked and manager was not able to help saying " do whatever you want". I'm glad that we did not put any documents in that safe. The towels are really old, the glass shower cabin is located in the corridor by the entrance door. One positive note is that the room was big, clean and location is perfect.

A lovely room. Spacious and modern looking (even better than the pictures). Very clean. Well situated. Breakfast is delicious and priced very reasonably. The only downside is the absence of an elevator (which on the fourth floor is a genuine impairment).

Like in France anywhere..

They are very nice hotel and very centra but we request a room with view and a king size bed because we slept with our baby and we didn’t get anything . They said that you guys you didn’t send our request plus the money what we paid wasn’t for a room with a view!

Unfortunately the pictures or description of our room didn’t suggest an open plan studio, the sink was next to the bed and the separate toilet cubicle was barely big enough to stand or even sit and therefore may be very claustrophobic to some. The bed and room was clean and comfortable and recently renovated. On arrival we were told breakfast was a certain time but not told to book our slot. As it was breakfast was on a picnic style table with guests cramped together so we were not disappointed to miss out and head round the corner to the many cheaper alternatives. Some rooms here are very well appointed, large and appear good value but use caution as the pictures may deceive regarding the other rooms. There is no lift which is stated, but it doesn’t say which floor you are on when you book either. We were on third or fourth floor, you could be on upto the fifth floor. As an aside, we parked our car in the nearby Sulzer Carpark. You can’t stop outside the hotel reliably and we spent over ten minutes doing a lap of the one way system.
