Good price, close to rail link to get into Nice

Villeneuve Loubet is a short train journey outside Nice, pleasant enough, not a ‘resort’ (which is good!) I wouldn’t have been so keen to stay here on my own as it’s a way out of town, but a great budget stay for the two of us!

Restriktiv und ungemĂŒtlich

Überall gibt’s einen Pin: 1. um aufs GrundstĂŒck zu kommen, dann fĂŒr den Parkplatz, dann fĂŒr die HoteltĂŒr. Wlan ist unverschlĂŒsselt. Geputzt wird nur alle 2 Tage. Ich habe das GefĂŒhl, ich hab in meinem Bett nicht allein geschlafen :-( Nur bis 10 Uhr gibt’s Kaffee. Der GetrĂ€nke-/Snack-automat ist leer. Rauchen nur vor der HoteleingangstĂŒr. Es ist hier vieles kaputt und wird nicht wieder ersetzt, wie z.B. die BadLampe. Es gibt Schimmel in der Dusche usw.

Terrible WiFi

Stayed a few days as a home base to go to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. Location was good and the suites were very large. But to get good WiFi you had to go to the lobby. When asking the staff they suggested trying a different room number in the password but the router is still the same distance away. No offer for a closer room to the router or any real fix at all. If you don't need WiFi then it may work for you..

Et greit turistklassehotell. Har vÊrt der fire somre pÄ rad. Basseng pÄ taket med solstoler og en fantastisk utsikt. BÊrer preg av slitasje og at hotellet skal legges ned 10. desember 2017. Flere ting som kunne vÊrt gjort for Ä bedre standard. Synes og renhold og service har blitt dÄrligere siden ifjor.

Old and original from 80's

Old hotel where you could not open windows. Mold on a shower tiles. On a map it's close to shore but it's more than 10min walking or driving from the beach because train. No shop, only wending machine which didn't work properly. Stuff was nice and pool on a roof with nice view. Unfortunately Cold water.

Pictures were decieving

Booked this hotel to keep from the high expense of a Nice hotel, however looking back this hotel is still overpriced for what you get. Parking is free but hard accessibility and getting in and out of parking or hotel lot is difficult. Upside was that the hotel and parking was in a gated community which seemed quite comforting based on the area the hotel is located in. Staff were rude about 90% of the time we stayed. Cheap breakfast but you also get what you pay for. Room had a feeling of uncleanliness, a lot of broken elements throughout, and bed was uncomfortable. They are stingy with the towels as well, and only replace once per day. They do not give you towels for the pool. Pictures make the hotel experience look much better than it actually was. Only perk was the roof top pool which was okay at best.

Dated hotel in need of a update

When we arrived we where informed the air conditioning was not working in the room and that it may be fixed the next day. it soon became obvious the air con had been broken for a while and was not going to be fixed. The did give us free breakfast but in 35 deg heat I would have preferred the air con. I had to give a credit card deposit to get access to the dishes and cutlery which were in locked cupboards in the room. So we had a a small kitchen but until I paid the deposit no utensils. The fridge was useless.

Nice staff, pool, breakfast, but very dated

The stuff was very helpful and tried their best to resolve the issues, by offering free breakfast, no charge for kitchen and garage. The rooftop pool with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the mountains was great. The breakfast when we had it was very good. It was very secure and only 15 min walk from beach. The family room for 5-6 though was not very comfortable. It had 2 rooms, which would be great, if the smaller one had a window and wasn't so stuffy with some funny cat's smell. The other room was less stuffy, but still didn't feel fresh. One bed was very old. A/C was very sluggish, took a long time, microwave overheated, its top surface became really hot, but it would barely warm up the food. The rooms were super dated. When we walked barefoot on floors, our feet became black. It's just needs a renovation and good maintenance! The area was not so inspiring, but very safe (hotel was extra secure). The beach was the highlight, really nice, betterthan the one in Nice. Supermarket and some food places were in the walking distance. If you like to play pool, they had a table in the lobby, and a gym (didn't use, so don't know the condition).

Hotel with exellent seaside panorama at the pool.

Very good choice to travel easily in coast to Nice or Cannes. Local bus and train was easy to use in very good prise. We use car for few days and trafic to mountainside was beatyfull. Many flowers and green forest in the willages was relaxing with panoramas witch chainces all the time. In the holtel we were suprising that all the facilities in kitchen were locked. You have to pay 9,50€ / day if you want to use them... same prise that breakfast for a person. I will be missing the view from poolside and balgonies.

Bra och tysta rum med air conditioning. HÀrligt med utomhuspool högst upp pÄ taket med underbar utsikt över havet. Hotellet ligger dock inklÀmt mellan ett underbart parkomrÄde och en trÄkig industri. Frukosten bestÄr mest av sylt, kaffe, bröd, juice och saknar bacon, korv, Àggröra och ost. Vi hade dock med oss egen ost. NÄgra i personalen var riktigt trevliga och nÄgra var arroganta och likgiltiga.

Et fint leilighetshotell

Inter- hotel Seaside Park er et fint leilighetshotell et stykke unna Nice sentrum. Har bodd pÄ hotellet fem ganger tidligere, og kommer definitivt igjen. Et hotell med grei pris, fint svÞmmebasseng pÄ taket, god service og grei beliggenhet ( med tanke pÄ bussforbindelse til sentrum, kort gangavstand til stranden og ikke langt unna Marineland). Med to bakerier, stor matbutikk, Mcdonalds, Nike store, Etam og fire- fem resturanter i en avstand fra hotellet pÄ 1 km sÄ er det mye i nÊrheten.

Not worth your money. 1 star hotel

Completely false advertisement. This is more like a 1 star hotel. It was dirty, smelled of heavy cigarette smoke all through the night, and AC unit wasn't even working. Location was like the ghetto. The only positive thing was a large space but not worth the stay. I rather cram in one tiny space with my family of 5 than book this hotel again. I couldn't wait to get outta this place by crack of dawn! Oh and wifi suck!

Deçu, voir trÚs déçu

Un hĂŽtel, nichĂ© au milieu d'une zone industrielle (ce que l'on ne voit pas sur les photos) Un accueil plutĂŽt dĂ©plorable, du personnel ne disant mĂȘme pas bonjour le matin. Un parking qui ressemble plus Ă  un dĂ©barras qu'Ă  un vrai parking et qui plus est est dans le noir Une cuisine en surplus si on veut pouvoir l'utiliser. MĂȘme le frigo ne fonctionne pas, si on ne paye pas. Un sĂ©jour Ă  prĂȘt de 200€ pour deux nuits, je trouve cela trĂšs cher payĂ© Ă  la vue des prestations fournies.
