Clean room and hotel generally. Very helpful staff. Convenient for walking to centre and beach (10-20 minutes), but also tram close to hotel. SNCF trains 12 minutes walk.

Nice hotel. Nice staff

Great stay at Esprit. Location is great. walk one way to marina marina. Other way to old town. In the middle is the castle. Very friendly staff. Plan to stay again...if not all booked up!!!

This Hotel was great, close enough to the centre and close to a train station which allowed further travel. The hotel bed was comfy and extra pillows were provided which is always something I look out for. The room itself was pretty small but that didn’t matter so much for us as we don’t spend loads of time in the room. The shower was also good here. The staff were very helpful gave us good recommendations and gave us the best route back to the airport.

Small but clea

Nice, quiet hotel close to place Garibaldi where you can find good restaurants. It is easily reached on foot or by tram. It's a small hotel with small yet comfortable rooms that are renovated and have new bathrooms. Soundproofing of windows was good, of walls and doors relatively ok. It was the least expensive option in Nice yet still close to the center, with excellent breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was very satisfied and would return when visiting again.

This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location, on a tram line that runs direct to the main railway station. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They gave me excellent advice about what to see and where to eat. Great ambience, walkable to the port and the old city, and very comfortable.
