Nice stay in Nice

We stayed in apartment style room and it was more than adequate for a family of four (the room actually had 1 queen and 3 twin beds). The hotel also offered a discount at the lobby restaurant where we had a delicious dinner.

Although I did check in quite late on, and checkout pretty early; I very much enjoyed the limited amount of time I stayed here. I was in one of the Suites for the night, and I slept so soundly. Soundproofing wasn’t great, and there was a bit of noise from others in the hallways but it didn’t disturb me at all. After a long day travelling, the first shower I had after checking in was ethereal! Transport to the airport was incredibly easy and began one minute walk from the front door of the hotel. If/ when I am back in Nice, I will likely stay here again!

Great hotel, with good views on the higher floors. Great location, only 5-7min walk to the main station. Would recommend.

Great area next 5 mins from the train station and the main shopping area. Close to the old town and promenade. Hotel room was really clean was quite small so having a balcony was a bonus. Be aware there is only one lift so if unable to climb stairs you may have a long wait. If returning to Nice I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff throughout our entire stay was not very friendly. When we asked for the basic necessities, they would provide them, but they would look angry about doing so. The location of the hotel was good, close to the main train station and easy to walk to the city center. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel, so overall it was an okay stay. Don’t think I would come back though

Holiday trip. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was great and the restaurant offers a nice menu in a winter garden ( atrium). The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The only blemish is that the hotel is dated with old carpets and furnishings.

Had great service and enjoyed the view from my 4th floor room. It’s great how close it is to the train station. My caution to American travelers is the shower space is pretty tight. I weight 72kg/159lbs and turned the shower off twice accidentally just bending down. Elevator is pretty old-fashioned, but works.

Lovely hotel with rooftop bar near train station

Lovely hotel, friendly welcome, clean room. Hotel is around 10 minutes walk from Nice Ville station and 2 minutes from the L1 tram. Nice area, and a lovely rooftop bar

Guys, make no mistake - this is relatively cheap and quite run-down place. I have no idea how they got over 4,5 score. Three out of five is my score… and I’m not a fussy traveler. Excellent front desk service though! Oh, and the tram line to the city centre is great.

Not as nice as the photos. Bed and pillows were quite hard, no fridge, coffee/tea making facilities or water. Staff were aloof, except the receptionist who helped me with transport advice and luggage storage. The lift is nano - 3 of us crammed in. Positives were the rooftop bar but has a strangely positioned hot tub. Everything spotlessly clean. Location is excellent with a tram stop just up the road going directly to Jean Médecin and Place Masséna and the train station just around the corner to travel the coast. Fantastic market directly outside and a children’s park across the road. Some bars and shops on the same street. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the small restaurant looked nice and there was plenty of seating in the indoor lounge. Good value for money.
