"We were in NOTL for the Icewine Festival and had a wonderful stay with this property. It's a very short walk to the icewine village on Queen Street, the room and the view of the lake from our room were fantastic, and breakfast was super tasty. Mary-Clare was very helpful and prompt with replying to my messages/ questions about check-in and parking. We especially appreciated the early check-in without any extra charges. It helped us settle in much sooner and plan our weekend better as we were visiting different wineries and had made dinner plans with a group of friends. The woman in the dining area was really friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a memorable stay, which greatly contributed to a terrific weekend!"

I mentioned ahead of time that we were visiting to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to leave a lovely little card and treat in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the trip feel extra special. The hotel itself was cozy, peaceful, and in a perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again!"
