"My partner and I were really excited to stay at this location. It was far enough from the main road that it was nice and quiet. But still close enough to walk to anything we needed. The pool and hot tub could definitely have used a good cleaning. Also we were sad to find out that the sauna cost money when we got there. Also the food available was a bit on the pricey side but there was a restaurant across the street at the golf course with less expensive options so we ended up eating there. The bed wasn't the most comfortable either but the room was clean and the property itself was really cute."

"Incredible reception and front desk staff. The room and property were stunning. We absolutely loved walking the grounds, and thoroughly enjoyed the vineyard views. We were so appreciative of the card for our anniversary in our room. Where it fell a little short was our time on the patio and at dinner. Typically knowing we were staying there celebrating our anniversary they would have made it a little extra special. However there was nothing, the manager didn’t stop by to do a table touch and our server asked for something we requested and she was a hard NO on the request! That was disappointing. It was clearly noted on all our reservations it was our anniversary. The dinner and stay was a big splurge for us and so it felt a little lack lustre. We felt we received warmer, more thoughtful and kind treatment from Peller Estates for our tasting and lunch. The food was delicious but again I enjoyed the food at Peller Estates more."

"This NOTL hotel was amazing! I had a room in a separate building from the hotel and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. I felt like a princess. I have stayed in about 20 different properties while attending the Shaw Festival, and this is now my favorite! An excellent bar, restaurant, and spa as well as courteous and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for its location on the main drag and easy walking distance to everything."

"We stayed for one night as a family of four, including a toddler, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary buffet breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of choices. One small area that could be improved is the lighting around the mini fridge and coffee machine, as that area was quite dark. Better lighting there would make it more convenient, especially when using the coffee machine at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future."
