"Told there was parking and was charged $50 a night in the handicap parking. Was given vouchers for breakfast and the restaurant wouldn't take them because they were only for lunch and dinner. The view was awesome."

"It was absolutely disgusting.. we walked into our room with it being very clear that no cleaning had been done. There was hair on the shower walls, dirt on the floor, dirty bedding, somwthing goopy on the shower ledges, splatter marks from who knows what on almost every wall and even a pimple patch stuck to the wall. Piles of hair under the bathroom sink hidden behind the garbage can. Visible dried spills on the table tops, microwave was repulsive, jewelry from previous people.. the manager argued with me over all of it even with me showing proof with photos i had taken right after we walked in. He wouldn't do anything but give us another gross room or we could leave yet we live 2 hours away and it was near 10pm and we were with our two young children. The listing photos are not accurate and look like they were made with AI after seeing it in person. There was also a bed in the lobby with someone sleeping in it when we were trying to leave.. The manager would only argue with me, never an apology or anything at all to make up for any of this. "

"The room were clean, the staff was friendly some needed to smile a little more, but you have everything you in hotel and you can get vouchers for the restaurants in the hotel so it could be cheaper. You also have the casion connected to the other side."

"Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30am and we had to leave by 8am so we were unable to use the free breakfast. No option of to-go bag. They did accommodate our late check in, which was greatly appreciated. My son really enjoyed the "old mannor" esthetic. "
