Hotel is beautiful with comfortable suites. Fire alarm at 4:00 am was poorly handled. No communication during the alarm and very delayed response when alarm was turned off. Many elderly people were left on the stairway to fend for themselves. It was a bit alarming at how uninvolved the hotel staff were.

I’ll start with the only con because you’ll experience this before you even enter the hotel. Parking is a huge ripoff. They wanted $85 for indoor parking or $60 to park off-site a block away. What a let down. Tip: Park across the street in the indoor Casino parking for $35 and take the glass walkway across. The hotel itself is great. Friendly staff, easy check-in, nice facilities. The rooms were super clean. We stayed in a regular room w 2 queen beds. Nice big washroom. Bonus: Starbucks in the lobby for the win! Is it worth the $300 a night; no but that’s Niagara, baby. Everything is dumb money so you might as well stay somewhere nice.

The hotel is very nice. Even with ongoing construction the place is clean and has a fancy lobby. The room we had was quite large and had an incredible view of the Canadian Falls and part of the American Falls. The bed was comfortable despite feeling quite small for a king size. We made a dinner reservation at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse in the hotel and it was AMAZING!!! The servers were great, the food was delicious but the tableside carving was by far the best. After 3 rounds of meat sweats and a yummy dessert came the bill ($$$$$.) The downsides... Parking. There is a nice underground area to pull your vehicle into to unload your bags. If you're lucky you will pay I believe $85 for valet parking. We arrived late and had the pleasure of paying an absurd $63 to park our own car at some off site lot to be told we could wait for a shuttle every 15 minutes or walk. Second was the "North Tower." I'm not sure the language of origin but "North Tower" roughly translates to "45 minute wait for elevator." Every car is full and if you are lucky enough to find one with space plan to stop at every single floor on the way down. As a result be sure to plan an additional 30-45 minutes of travel time to get from your room to your destination. Overall, we will definitely stay there again but will be specifically requesting to stay out of the North Tower and get there early before the valet lot fills.

The tv would only get very basic cable. On demand movies wouldn't work with the remote. I texted the number provided in the room and got a reply with the same instructions displayed on the tv, which didn't work. I called the front desk and no one answered. Very disappointed. The north tower elevators were under maintenance which I understand is necessary but it was way too long to wait for an elevator with enough room in it and it stopped at each floor where people were waiting even though there was no room in the elevator. It made for a very long time spent just leaving or going back to the room.

Property is great. Area great. Things i didnt like was in summer time the restaurants close from 11pm-1am when we went in August. Now we went during spring break in april 2024 and the restaurants close by 9pm and the pool in summer is 7am-11pm. Now in april it from 1pm-9pm. Also one night about 4am the fire alarm went off for entire hotel. No communication o er the PA system. While walking down the stairs from the 28th floor it stopped when we got to the 23rd floor. Went back to room and about 20 minutes later an announcement came on saying sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing saying it was false alarm or dont panick or the cause. So it kept us up for a bit wondering if we were safe or not. Hotel is great but these little things were upsetting, especially about the restaurants and pool times since the hours on website didnt reflect the actual times. Also the family pool was closed all 5 days there so it made for a bit crowding in the adults pool.

Alarms went off in middle of night, not for anything pressing but everyone had to evacuate rooms. Elevators are unsettling here. Great view and service, convenience is great easy to get to everywhere around. no affordable parking

I usually dont leave a hilton disappointed about the quality of the stay. For the price of our room I would have expected more. They remodeled their pool area since I was there last, did away with their water slide and waterfall. That was definitely disappointed l. They required a reservation to use the pool which was strange. The elevatiors were a hassle to use you would have to wait 10 minutes every time you needed to use it and each elevator was uncomfortably full of people. The room was nice but it was advertised as a "two bedroom" which made me think it was two beds separate from the living area but it was really that you had 1 bed in the common space and 1 bedroom that you had to go through to leave the suite. Weird configuration. The view of the falls was absolutely amazing the floor to ceiling windows in the room were great.

Staff and service was exceptional. Stay was pleasant. I would stay here again if it wasn't for one thing.....the parking. I was charged $180 for parking for 2 nights!! This was almost half the cost of my stay and did my car receive a bath for this price?? You bet your ass it didn't! I will never stay here again because of the cost of the parking. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Hotel is great. Second time I’ve stayed. The lobby is beautiful. There was a small issue with the room. The shower caulking wasn’t complete so there was a small leak but it wasn’t enough for us to complain. The restaurants attached were awesome. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The parking was a bit expensive considering we had to park offsite but it is what it is. the view was lovely but the parking lot roof between the hotel and the falls sort of interrupts the ambiance. Would stay again.

The hotel location is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful with so many great food options. Our two bedroom falls view suite was perfect and we absolutely loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. The only negative experience we had were with the elevators, there was usually a 10-20 minute wait for an elevator at certain times throughout our entire stay. We think there were two elevators out of service during our stay. Most of the guests seemed to be understanding of the situation. Overall, great experience, very clean, updated rooms, friendly accommodating staff, three upscale restaurants in the hotel, also connected to the casino, shopping and more dining, beautiful infinity pool and you can walk to all of the falls attractions. This is the best hotel in Niagra Falls! The views are incredible!!! If you are going to Niagara Falls, you should stay here.

Upsides: Very nice hotel. Pool is great. Friendly staff. Clean. Good location. Downside: $80 parking on property or park outside at further lot for $50 and requires a shuttle back to hotel. Very disappointing. Also - horrible lighting in hotel room. One pot light by entry, one little desk lamp and one reading lamp. Very dark room.

Parking is a joke!!!$80 for parking on property,nearest off site overnight $40 and 2 block walk. Way over priced and room was cold all night.

Room was not vacuumed at all until I had to ask them to TWICE as we found toe nails on our floor. They told us they would bring us forks and never did.. also twice. There was water leaking from our bathroom ceiling.

We like the Hilton but this time was a little disappointing. There was no valet parking available. So we had to park ourselves , and they still charged $65.00 for parking. When we arrived , the elevator was not working, and our room was in the 12 th floor. Ridiculous! Thankfully it was corrected rather quickly. The pool was closed early. With no prior notice. The people who work there are very gracious.

I stay here every time I'm in Niagara and I never have an issue. Always very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that they added the fire pits in front of the hotel
