I specifically booked this hotel because it had a Sauna, after multiple calls to confirm this I got to know that the pool area is under maintenance. To my further disappointment I was told that the area will be working the next day but it wasn’t. I paid for breakfast in the morning but my work meetings ran longer and I couldn’t get to it - I tried asking for a refund as I didn’t use it and they asked me for a coupon for it but I had lost it as it was a piece of card. I told them to double check with the staff upstairs but they said no and there was nothing they could do. Lastly, the customer service and room service is terrible or next to non existent, I called them 4 times asking for something but no one picked up. When someone finally did I had a question about the TV or it having Netflix or something and the lady told me she doesn’t know about it. Never coming back to this hotel again expected a 4 star hotel but felt definitely like a cheap motel.

Requested adjoining rooms and was given one at each end of the same floor, saying it was the closest available. Room attendant Sue.,,saved the day by going to the desk and got us moved next door to our second reserved room. She even offered to help us move our things and delivered us ice. I called to see if the construction would impact our stay as we received an email about construction although we didn’t see any. Whirlpool was not working.

Had a great stay as it was extremely close to the falls but unfortunately our room had dirty towels behind the door and beside the bed. We didn't complain as everything else was clean but for the cost of the room I expected a bit more attention to detail. The cost of parking was also expensive and cost over 100$ with tax for two nights. But otherwise it was an amazing location and the front desk staff were lovely!

I liked the property but when booking none of the rooms mentioned a balcony and when I arrived I saw the top rooms had one. I would have liked to have had a balcony. I didn't like that the jacuzzi wasn't opened the whole time I was there.

Honestly, it was only fine. The room was tiny and so hot. Only one of the air conditioners was working. It was also dark, wifh only 3 lamps to light the room. There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room, which made it difficult to keep leftovers. The free parking was nice and everything was clean, but definitely not really worth the price i paid, in my opinion.

For the cost of this stay it would be the most expensive hostel I have ever stayed lol…Water was shut off from 10-4 pm due to construction/ renovations. We were not prewarned. We had to use an ice bucket & garbage can with ice for cold drinks because there was no fridge. Later told we should have asked for a fridge to be brought to the room. Early morning Noisy renovations completed made sleeping in impossible. When we complained they offered to comp the $40/ day parking but it wasn’t done..and we had to insist upon it at check out. Not even a kettle or microwave either… Location is great but no locked doors after hours and no sign of any security! Anyone can enter any door. The restaurant was excessively expensive..shop around for same quality better priced such as Remingtons steakhouse !

Only issue I had is that people at check in not that helpful. You asked them a question and their answers very short and not very helpful. It looked like they didn't like to get bothered or asked questions. Housekeeping was great, ladies very helpful.

The hotel has an amazion location, but really need to be refurbshed. The room was OK, but bathroon was in a very bad situation.

The view of the falls was the only nice thing about our stay. Sheets were blood stained, coffee was disgusting,toilet paper was paper thin and there were kids EVERYWHERE due to the indoor water park. If you are overweight this is not the bathroom for you, toilet is located under the sink! Yes, UNDER the sink! For the price they should do better.Be careful: there are also parking and resort fees.

I did not appreciate the $100 resort fee that was unexpected. It does not tell you about resort fees when booking and upon check-in, I was shocked to have to pay this. It was off season, and I was staying for one night. I asked reception to take it off, as I would not be going to any events. She said no, that she cannot do this. This is a hidden cost that travelers are not aware of. They break the cost down in the bill for parking, parking taxes, Luxury tax and then tax on the luxury tax. I understand that one has to pay for parking so just be open and say that there is a fee for parking, which was $45 plus tax. And..."LuxuryTax?" To stay at a place, that you are paying for anyway? Just know that you will be taxed with hidden fees. Its best to enquire before booking. Why not just be up front with people. The room was very small and not worth the money that I paid to stay there.

Staff was very welcoming once arrived, when you got our room I found that the sink water pipe had broken, the front desk handled it very well and they upgraded us to a King suite on the top floor, view was fantastic. This hotel is undergoing renovation but with that happening they still took great care of us and they was no interruptions to our stay, I would recommend this hotel.
