The property was fantastic! Check in was easy and the location was great. Having the seperate cozy suite was nice and quite. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Id highly recommended staying here!

The perfect place to stay whilst in Niagara Falls, Canada. The property is so peaceful with ample parking space and such lovely hosts. Inside the property are two large comfortable bedrooms that each have their own on suite bathrooms with fabulous powerful showers. A spacious kitchen and dining area with so much storage space and everything you could need. Perfectly situated home with the Falls a mere 5 minute walk and the town high streets being so close and easy to walk to. The parking space itself pays you back because everywhere car park at the Falls is around $30 per 24 hours to park! We will be back.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

We had a wonderful time in the cozy suite attached to the Ambiance BnB. The home was exceptionally clean, and the parking was never a concern with our own parking space. The beds and rooms were comfortable and provided enough space for my friend and I. We enjoyed having our own bathrooms with spa head showers. Comfortable space was limited in the main room (no couch or lounge area) but there were separate TVs in each bedroom. We didn’t spend much time inside the home, because it was a very short walk to the nearest bus routes and rainbow bridge, and a scenic walk to the falls. We took advantage of the nearby amenities and booked enough activities to fill our 4-day stay! Kevin was a great host who was very friendly and considerate of our privacy. We would absolutely recommend this home and hosts to friends and family!

Cozy and Close!

A very nice property within walking distance of most things you would want to do in the area. I would recommend it to any of my friends that are visiting Niagara Falls.
