I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla järveen nähden ja aktiviteetteja löytyy myös. Oma maja on kiva ja sopivan kokoinen. Viemärit eivät vain toimineet kunnolla vessassa. Jääkaappi olisi kiva lisä sekä vedenkeitin. Aamiainen hyvä sekä muutkin ruoka- annokset. Avulias henkilökunta samoin! Uima- allas ehdottoman hyvä ja allas- alue. Allas kuitenkin mennessä liukas pohjasta ja monet kaatuivat sinne mennessään.

CEST pas cher , donc pourquoi pas...

J'ai eu un problème avec ma réservation car ebookers aurait envoyé à Expedia qui lui même l'aurait envoyé à nouvelles frontières ... bref TOUT ca pour dire que LE doyen m'annonce que je n'ai pas de chambre , après des km entendre ca , ce n'est vraiment pas agréable ! Mais après des heures de débats j'ai finalement une chambre pour laquelle j'avais déjà payé via internet ... LE cadre est jolie mais CEST dommage que le reste n'est pas suivie !

Hotel dans un très beau cadre mais décevant

Accueil et personnel pas du tout accueillant, seul un monsieur du ménage était gentil et avenant, les autres personnes viennent te servir sans meme te regarder ou faire un sourire, pas d' accueil, pas de sourire, dommage/ Le lit est fait d'un matelas mousse, on s enfonce avec son poids dans la mousse, la nuit a été difficile. On avait réservé une chambre triple, soit un lit double et 1 lit simple, donc payer plus cher qu'une chambre double le lit double ok, mais le lit simple était un matelas au sol, sans drap, ni oreiller, ni couverture...obliger de les réclamer. Majorité des plats à 5 000 fcfa, mais seules les frites sont bonnes, poissons/viandes tres petite portions pour le prix, idem pour la crepe sucre à 2 000 fcfa à éviter. Pour une sieste pres de la piscine c est pas facile car il y a des quads au moteur tres bruyant à passer régulierement.

Lac Rose was great for customer service and general customer support. I would recommend it anyone looking for good quiet environment to escape from busy city or hard work life.

Séjour reposant

Venu pour une cure au Lac Rose, je suis donc allé me baigné tous les jours dans cette eau très salée. L'hôtel est pratiquement vide, la chambre n'est faite que tous les 2 jours, la literie laisse à désirer mais c'est le Sénégal! Ballade en quad en pirogue ou en chameau, la mer est à 800m.
