"Als ich angekommen war das Apartment total dreckig. Und die Bilder auf die Seite entsprechen nicht die Realität. Ich habe ein anderes bekommen, war in Ordnung. Dennoch viel zu verbessern und die Gegend ist ziemlich laut. Punkt: die Besitzerin und der Hausmeister waren sehr nett. Und es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe."

"Une multitude de contact et de discours désobligeant pouvant compromettre la tranquillité du client en vacance. C'est très pénible et stressant de soumettre le client à une tonne de bla bla sans intérêt. Pas de machine à laver , pas de fer a repasser. Les fauteuils du salon se cassent ce qui plombe le décor. Le propriétaire doit améliorer sa gestion de ses émotions ,sa communication et ses éléments de langage. "
