「酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。 房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。 酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。 总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。」

「We loved our stay at Diamond Bay Condotel. The room had a little musty smell but we got used to it and the staff service definitely made up for it. For the price, it was very nice. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. It was a ways away from activities but Grab (Uber) are super affordable and plentiful. Great stay!」
