One thing I appreciated was how fast they responded when I asked for something. I needed an iron, and they brought it up in five minutes. Also, when I asked for a second pillow, it arrived without delay. It shows they actually listen and care.

I had a good experience at the hotel. The room price is quite cheap but the service quality is good, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic.
