"This was the best experience for us in Nha Trang. The room exceeded our expectations. The bed was a dream to sleep on and we loved the shower! The staff at the hotel was fabulous! Ruby at the front desk took great care of us. Provides a boxed breakfast for us when we had an early checkout. The staff at the restaurant helped us find Spa accommodations. Their names are Tram and Phuong. Saw the ladies the next day and thanked them. Our stay was way too short!! We are looking forward to coming back next year!"

"Good location. Good value for money but a very busy hotel, long time for checkin, queuing for lifts. The hotel is tired and needs some renovation. The breakfast buffet is massive, loads of Asian and western food although best to go there as early as possible as it gets busy and crowded. Don’t go there for a relaxing moment… "

"My family had a fantastic time here. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is polite, kind and courteous, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are out-of- this-world. I’ve never had Buffett this good in my life. The only negative was that you couldn’t really swim in the crystal clear beach water bc there were jellyfish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
