run down hotel

this hotel is a very old and run down. when I arrived the hotel does not even have porters at reception or front entrance to assist with luggage. the front entrance involves walking up a flight of stairs [about 12 steps] which is difficult lugging your cases up. after checking in and seeing the room I was given I went back to the reception desk to request an upgrade to a better room[ which I was prepared to pay for] the male receptionist was not at all helpful and claimed they were fully booked out . this I later realised was not the case as the hotel was not even a third occupied. the dinning room was not available for evening meals which they claimed was closed for repairs[more likely the occupancy level would not justify it opening] this hotel should only be rated at one star

We had an early check out since we had an early flight. They promised a breakfast pack however it did not arrive. When we went down to the reception desk for check out, we asked for the breakfast pack but they had no idea what we were talking about. By the way, he was sleeping and the reception area completely switch off at 5.15am! The taxi was booked at 5.30am with the hotel directly.. we were told that transfer is booked for 5.50am for which we were going to be late for our flight..

Great location to beach, about 7 min walk. It was also close to the place where we signed up for bike rental and snorkeling half-day. I won't call it a 3.5 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel. It looked like more of a centre than a hotel. The bed sheets were thin and the pillow was flat. The walls were not polished as I would expect in a 3.5 star hotel. AC was quite noisy and the windows were opened when we first came in our room. A bellhop didn't greet us when we arrived, but the receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast had great cold meats and a great noodle bowl.

가격 대비 깔끔하고 편안하게 쉬다왔답니다. 저녁 늦게 도착한터라 저렴하면서도 조용하고 편한 호텔을 찾고 있었는데 탁월한 선택이었네요. 다음날 조식이 뷔페가 아닌 선택메뉴라서 대가족 9명이었던 저희 가족이 다소 방대한 양의 메뉴 고르기에 헤매긴했지만요 ^^ 공항에서 타고온 택시에 핸드폰을 놓구 내렸는데 프론트 직원들의 적극적인 도움으로 무사히 건네 받을 수 있었던 기억은 진하게 남아있습니다.

Decent Hotel for Price

It accommodated our needs for our trip. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel as we were travel around the city and in the surrounding areas for our four days in Nha Trang. If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel, this is definitely not the one to stay at. The rooms are clean. Here are the things which I feel would have improved our experience: f1) they kept our passports during our stay. While most hotels we stayed ask for it, we asked if they can make a copy and they were okay with that. However, BIDV insisted on keeping our passport. 2) since there is a gap between door to room and hallway, it gets pretty loud of people are talking in hallway. 3) that gap also allows all the smoke to come in room when someone is smoking. 4) internet is spotty ALL the time. We ask them to take a look at it but it did not get better.

Когда бронировали этот отель отзывов о нем было очень мало. На свой страх и риск забронировали пару номеров Делюкс. Ожидания не только оправдались, а было все еще лучше, чем ожидали. Номера просто огромные, кровати, балконы тоже соответствующего размера, в номере есть все необходимое (тв, кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, чайные наборы, фен, мыльные принадлежности, зубные щетки, расчески и т.д., тапочки) Убирают каждый день, независимо от чаевых, все убирают и меняют. Завтраки очень достойные, голодными не останетесь. Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый, стремятся во всем угодить. Расположение так же очень удобное, расположен на второй линии, прямо в центре европейского квартала, до моря 2 минуты пешком, все клубы, кафе, рестораны в шаговой доступности. По поводу шума вокруг отеля, нас ни разу не разбудила ни стройка, ни звуки музыки и т.д., во время нашего прибывания все было тихо и спокойно, если кто и шумел так это мы ;))) Всем рекомендую этот отель! Спасибо сотрудникам и менеджерам BIDV Hotel & Conference Center за качество и комфорт, так держать!!!!!

위치가 매우 좋음

위치도 좋고, 직원분들도 모두 친절합니다. 그리고 객실도 매일매일 깨끗하게 치워주고, 조식도 나름 가짓수도 괜찮고 맛도 좋습니다. 다 좋지만, 한가지 아쉬운 점이 해변뷰로 신청했는데, 방도 해변이 보이는 방이 맞다고 했는데, 정말, 눈꼽만큼 보입니다. 바로 앞이 엄청 큰 호텔 공사현장이라, 아침에는 많이 시끄럽고, 그 호텔때문에 전망이 가립니다.

Потрясающее обслуживание

Отель очень понравился! Новый отель,расположен на второй улице, в европейском квартале, все новое ,кондиционеры работали безшумно . В номере чайник есть и каждый день на столе оставляли кофе, чай, воду. Уборка номера на 5 и каждый день незаметно проходила. Приходишь с моря, а у тебя красиво заправленная кровать, все чисто и свежо! Обслуживающий персонал очень внимательный, особенно девушки на рецепшен , всегда подскажут, с улыбкой встретят и проводят! У моей подруги было день рождение и ей вечером вручили именной торт, было очень приятно! Завтраки прекрасные, было все, даже супчики и омлет отдельно повар с улыбкой готовил! Выпечка, фрукты, блинчики с мясом , картошка во всех видах, рис, лапша и даже йогурт домашний был! Небольшой минус ,это стройка напротив отеля, но она особо не мешала. Очень не хотелось уезжать из этого отеля, сейчас живу в отеле по соседству, потому что во время не продлила бронь , а мест в отеле не осталось. И теперь мне есть с чем сравнить! Большое спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за их приветливость! На следующий год поеду только в этот отель!

Neues Hotel in der Anfangsphase

Das Hotel wurde eben fertiggestellt, bezogen und ist organisatorisch im Aufbau. Die Rezeption, sehr freundlich und kompetent, hat sich bereits beim Check-In im Voraus entschuldigt, falls etwas noch nicht rund laufen sollte. Kurzum, ich hatte keinerlei Einschränkungen aufgrund der organisatorischen Aufbauphase.
