Clean room. Though, the bathroom was very hot even with the AC on all day.
Nice pool area but early closng time at 8pm and the pool bar only opens after 3pm. The bartender mistook our drinks with someone's else.
The only bad experience we had with the hotel was the transportation to Ha Noi. It was a separate service that we booked through the hotel. We had to changed 3 times, and got dropped of around the corner instead of in front of our next hotel. It was a short walk but with all the luggages we had and the crazy traffic with no sidewalk, it was not enjoyable AT ALL.

"Very clean in all areas. Staff was eager to help with whatever was needed. Manager was available to assist his team at all times. We even saw him working the breakfast buffet! Nice to see him helping his team. I’m sure they appreciate that.
All in all a great place to stay and we loved the room! Very modern. "
